Cancellation Policy
The Sin City Therapist allows clients to cancel or reschedule advance bookings up to 3 hours before the booking starts, without incurring a $75 cancellation fee. For bookings starting less than 3 hours before the start time, a 15-minute grace period is provided before a $75 cancellation fee is applied. A no-show fee equal to the full amount is charged if a client is not at the booking location 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. For example, if a booking is scheduled to start at 3:00 PM, you must be there by 3:15 PM to avoid the no-show fee.
